Refund and Exchange Information

Your "No Fuss" Return & Exchange Policy
What if the garment you ordered does not fit or you are not happy with the style? Perhaps you would like to try another size or style or maybe you would like a refund? Not to worry because Aquadiva have a great 21 day refund and exchange policy!

Our stock is 100% quality guaranteed. We use the finest fabrics, the highest quality rubber (elastic), strongest thread and a very experienced and qualified production team. Even though we have all this place sometimes there might be a problem, this is why we have put these policies in place.

We have outlined who can receive a refund or exchange and how to go about it so that this process is as "Fuss" free as possible.

PLEASE DON'T EVER SEND AN UNWASHED GARMENT BACK TO US. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR OUR TEAM TO HAVE TO HANDLE DIRTY GARMENTS NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. IF AN UNCLEAN GARMENT IS SENT TO US, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.
 

When you ARE eligible for a Refund or an Exchange:
  • Your item(s) is in "as new condition" - not worn or damaged in anyway
  • Your item(s) size label is intact
  • Your item(s) Is being returned within 10 days of receiving the item(s)

When you are NOT eligible for a Refund or an Exchange:

  • Your item(s) is not in "as new condition" - the item(s) is worn or damaged in someway
  • Your item(s) has pilling on the fabric - pulls in the fabric causing a fluffy appearance
  • Your item(s) are being returned outside of our 10 day exchange period.


 

When you ARE eligible for a Repair:
  • Your item(s) stitching has come undone
  • Your item(s) have any manufacturing defect that has slipped through our quality control
When you are NOT eligible for a Repair:
  • Your item(s) elastic has perished
  • Your item(s) straps have stretched
  • Your item(s) lining has perished or has disintegrated.

Please ensure you are elidable for a refund or an exchange before you start this process.

Well either way, pop it in the mail to us with our Aquadiva Return note including your address and phone number. As soon as we receive it, we will follow the directions on your note and sort through the problem.

PLEASE NOTE if you are changing your garment from a girls to ladies size or vise versa there may be a price difference.

If in the unlikely event you find a manufacturing flaw with your garment, please follow the procedure above.
