Fitting Guide

Aquadiva garments are manufactured in Australian sizes, but international customers need not worry - simply grab a tape and compare your measurements on our size table.

Please Note:
Aquadiva cannot be held responsible for wrong sizes being purchased based on this guide. Please consider that each person has a different shape and prefers their garments to fit a certain way.

If you do end up with a garment that is not suitable we are happy to help you find your perfect style and size.

Tips:
- Our size chart is only a guide which has been calculated from our patterns
- Don't calculate kids sizes by their age
- If you are tall or have a long torso please keep this in mind
- Stand up when measuring and don't pull the tape too tight
- Wear as little clothing as possible for accuracy
- If your measurement is in between - go up a size
- If you like a tight fit order one size down, If you like a loose fit order one size up
- If in doubt allow an extra size for kids as they will grow throughout the season
- Please don't compare Aquadiva garment sizings with other brands you have purchased.
- Please keep in mind that our different cuts may fit you differently

Shipping within Australia usually takes between 1 – 3 business days.

Please remember that rural areas may require extra delivery time.

International shipping times vary according to the country destination.
Allow at least 8-12 working days for delivery.
Customers should be mindful of any import duties or costs that may apply.

Tracking your order

Aquadiva Swimwear provides customers with a personalized online account. This account allows users to manage their shipping and contact information, as well as track the status of any orders placed. By logging in to the secure site, account holders can view current and past "order history" and then select the specific order they wish to view information on.

Order Status Key

New	Your order has been received and is waiting to be processed. You will receive an order confirmation email stating that we have received the order.
In-Progress	Payment status has been checked and either verified or put on hold. Verified orders are being packed and prepared for postage, while 'on hold' orders await payment confirmation.
Back Ordered	An item(s) is unavailable and is waiting for new stock to arrive.
Ready to Ship	Order is ready to be dispatched.
Completed	Order has been completed, payment has been received and is being dispatched (this is the stage that your card is charged).
Shipped	Order has left the warehouse and is in transit.
Cancelled	Order has been cancelled.

Return and Exchange Policy

Aquadiva offers a 21 day return and exchange policy. Below is a list of typical issues that qualify as reasons for return, exchange or repair.

PLEASE DON'T EVER SEND AN UNWASHED GARMENT BACK TO US. IT IS NOT FAIR FOR OUR TEAM TO HAVE TO HANDLE DIRTY GARMENTS NO MATTER WHAT THE REASON FOR THE RETURN. IF AN UNCLEAN GARMENT IS SENT TO US, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THEIR EXPENSE.

Conditions for SALE ITEMS:

Normal return and exchange process applies but choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for sale items. We will happily exchange sizes where available and issue credit notes if no exchange is suitable. Please note we do not pay return freight on size/style exchanges on SALE items. Download a 'RETURN SLIP' (see below) if you need to send something back.

IMPORTANT: Sale products under $40 are NOT ELIGIBLE for refund. You are welcome to an exchange or store credit.

When a customer IS eligible for a Refund or Exchange:

The item(s) is in "as new condition" - not worn or damaged in any way.
The item(s) size label is intact.
The item(s) have a general manufacturing defect.

The item(s) is being returned within 21 days of the customer receiving the item(s).

When a customer is NOT eligible for a Refund or Exchange:

The item(s) has been damaged by consumer neglect.
The item(s) elastic has perished.
The item(s) straps have stretched.
The item(s) lining has perished or disintegrated in some way.
The item(s) has pilling or snags in the fabric, including damage that causes a fuzzy texture.
The item(s) is being returned outside of our 21 day exchange period.

Item/s purchased in 'Sale' or other promotional activity are eligible for exchange or store credit..

If you have an issue with an item and believe you are eligible for a refund, repair or exchange, please print the return note below, complete the details and mail it along with the item to the address listed on the form.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault please photograph the problem area and email it to us. We can then assess the situation and proceed with the process. Ensure that the photograph is clear and accurately displays the problem. Email photos to: info at aquadivaswimwear dot com
